A Life Organiser helps you tackle the tasks and responsibilities that keep getting pushed to later. These are the things that are important, but never urgent enough to reach the top of the list.
That might be a pension you haven’t consolidated, subscriptions you’re still paying for, a will you haven’t written, or a Stocks and Shares ISA you’ve been meaning to open for years. These things don’t usually create a crisis tomorrow, but over time, not doing them has a cost - financial and otherwise.
Most people who come to me don’t have an organisation problem. They have a complexity problem. What looks like one task is often a chain of blocked steps, scattered information, and decisions that never quite get made.
That’s where I come in. I work with you to reduce the overwhelm, make sense of what’s in front of you, and get the important things done with practical support that lasts beyond the session.

It means we don't work in silos. Your finances affect your headspace. Your inbox affects your ability to focus. The paperwork in the spare room affects how you feel the moment you walk past it. Everything is connected, and treating each area in isolation misses the point.
A holistic approach means I look at your life as a whole, identify where things are creating friction, and work across as many of those areas as the session allows. The goal isn't to fix one thing. It's to make everything feel more manageable.

The “cost of later” is the money you lose by not taking action on your finances and admin now. Every month you don’t review your subscriptions, you pay for things you’ve forgotten. Every year you leave your pension unconsolidated, you lose track of money that’s legally yours. Every year you keep cash in a savings account instead of a Stocks and Shares ISA, you lose value against inflation .
None of this feels urgent, but there is a cost to inaction, and it accumulates whether you notice it or not. I’ve built a free calculator so you can see what this looks like in your own numbers.
You can use it to understand how much “later” is costing you specifically, and why tackling these things sooner makes a real difference.

In short, no. While Holistic Life Organising focuses on supporting busy women—especially female founders and businesswomen—we are here to help anyone feeling overwhelmed by life admin.
That said, our focus on women is intentional. Studies consistently show that women disproportionately carry the “mental load” in both professional and domestic spheres. A study by Bright Horizons found that 72% of working women report being primarily responsible for household management, while Pew Research highlights that women still handle the majority of household tasks, even in dual-income households. This imbalance often leaves women with less time to focus on their careers, personal goals, and well-being.
Our mission is to lighten that load and provide the structured support needed to reclaim time, reduce stress, and focus on what matters most—whether you're a woman managing it all, or anyone in need of support with life admin and organisation.

Sustainability is incredibly important to me. Wherever possible, I ensure items are circulated responsibly—whether through donations, recycling, or selling through trusted partners. My goal is to keep as much as possible out of landfills, giving items a second life and reducing waste.
